All QLexNursing resources, including test banks, digital flashcards, study notes, and practice exams, are delivered electronically. Once purchased, access is granted instantly. For this reason, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
Our subscription plans (e.g., 30-day access to test banks) are billed at purchase. No refunds or partial credits are offered for unused time, early cancellations, or failure to access the platform during your subscription.
Payments for tutoring sessions are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or late-canceled sessions are not refundable.
Refunds may be considered only for:
• Duplicate purchases
• Technical issues preventing access (unresolved by support)
Requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.

• Date of purchase
• Reason for refund request
Incomplete requests may not be processed.
